Today was a 100 mile RR from Johnstown PA to Altoona, the real excitement started when the larger woman working the Rider Hospitality tent which has food and drinks for the riders (this is a awesomely professional tent), as one of the sponsers herseys chocolate has been giving away its nwe Low-Carb choclate, well i go to grab some and the 'larger' woman working this tent all week warns me that this stuff has been known to cause 'anal leakage'....apon pondering this during my 100 miles of pain it occured to me that the first day the hospiality tent was nowhere near the restrooms but everyday since is has been VVERY close = im pretty sure this woman was sitting there the first day and eat her fair share (or 3) of the chocolate and thus had severe problems leading her to want to stay close to the restrooms and wanting to warn unsuspecing underweight cyclists like myself........OK off to the race action

Tuna stage 3 started with a 5 MILE CLIMB OUT OF TOWN, SUCK!.

I along with 80 others made it over (the field strenght is VERY deep), barley.

followed by 2 hours of rollers, kill.

3 hours into it we hit the BIG climb over Blue Knob, I made it over with a group of about 40, it was insanely hard, check the results and see who got dropped, once again, INSANE!

A few miles of false flat then a 60 mph decent......I went into a switchbag Uber-fast and almost lost it, i could feel the tires sliding, it was strangly satisfying, i think I need prfessional help, stat.

we got within 10 miles of the finish and I really thought I could get the top-10 I wanted the otehr day when we made a unsuspected left hand turn to find out that they added a 2+ mile long gravel climb to todays route, taht was not on the race map, NOT COOL......I got dropped like 3rd period french as the group split, then split again, and again, I rolled in 3:04 after the stage winner.....All in all it was a good day, im still in contention for a top-30 on GC which is the big goal
